To run all our operations smoothly, we have divided our infrastructure into different units like manufacturing, quality wing and warehousing and packaging. The automatic machinery installed at our production unit is sourced from reliable manufacturers and is periodically oiled & serviced to maintain their best working conditions. Strict quality is of almost importance to ensure the superiority of our products. All our products are stringently tested at various steps of the manufacturing process for any form of defect. The same high standards are also maintained for our staff, through comprehensive training on a regular basis. This ensures that our staff remain highly-skilled and updated in their respective fields of expertise.
With a trained technical staff and operators we do Two Hundred Thousand Brushes per Month. We can do brushes from 100mm up to 610mm. With new machines we can use any kind of natural and synthetic filaments such as, Nylon, PP, PVC, PET, Coco Fiber, Tampico, Horse Hair and Palmyra Fiber. We are using high quality timber (seasoned rubber wood and steam beech wood importing from Europe, and South East Asia) and the plastic blocks.
